Cancellation Policy


Cancellation’s and “No Shows” cost our stylist’s money. With that in mind, we request a 24 hour
cancellation notice for any service that is being provided to you. We reserve the right to ask for
a credit card guarantee for any service.


Color Consult


Most new client colors will require a free 15 minute color consult with one of our stylists. This will allow us to see your desired hair color. Also to let us give you a more accurate price quote.
After a color consult, if the stylist feel’s needed, there will be a $25.00-50.00 non- refundable
deposit. This deposit will go towards the scheduled service.


Wedding Party


There is a $100.00-150.00 non-refundable deposit for a booking of a wedding party. This
deposit will go towards the services as long as everyone in the party come’s to the scheduled
service appointment. There must be a 48 hour cancellation for any appointment in the party or
the deposit will go towards that price of the cancellation.


Arrival


If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. Your stylist will do his/her
best to accommodate you. In order to ensure the best service and experience, we encourage
you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.


Returns


Retail products may be returned or exchanged with an original receipt within 14 days. We do not
offer or apply credit toward services for returned merchandise.
Gift cards- May be used in the salon towards any service’s or product’s. There is no refund’s for
the gift card or money back if it is not fully used.


Services Policy


If you are not totally satisfied with your color and your cutting service, nail’s or body waxing
service, please call and schedule a complimentary redo within seven days with the stylist you
were originally with. The redo policy does not cover a change in the style or color. Full service
price applies after seven days. All guarantees will be determined by the stylist. We do not offer
refunds for any services.Elwell Salon will not be liable nor redo hair color that has been done outside of our salon.
Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Because of
the nature of home-coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has
previously had color done outside of our salon.
